Iloilo is one of the most popular provinces of the Philippines, which is situated in the Western Visayas region of the nation. Just like the other popular provinces of the Philippines, Iloilo is also one of the best tourist destinations of the country. Tourists who are interested in butterflies are highly recommended to visit the Chameleon Butterfly Garden as this garden houses various types of butterflies. Believe it or not, the rarest kinds of butterflies may be seen in this garden and the most colorful of its kind are also found here.
The Philippines is indeed proud of its numerous beaches and Iloilo is one of its cities that possess the fine ones. It is true that some of the beaches in Iloilo are not as popular as those in other cities of the Philippines. However, these unpopular beaches are still highly recommended as there is no denying that they are still considered as the finest beaches not only in the country but in the whole wide world. The highly recommended beaches are the Danao Danao and the Iyang Beach. When tourists go here, there are a lot of activities that can be done such as diving, snorkeling, taking a tour of the nature trails and spots, and island hopping.
Island hopping is one of the highly recommended activities that must be done in Iloilo. The Philippines is proud to say that Iloilo is consisted of several islands which local and international tourists will definitely enjoy. Some of these islands include the Anhawan Island and the Balbagon Island.
